Nigel Lyons, Pastor
Nigel has been serving as the Pastor/Presiding Elder at Westview since March 2026. He is married to Kate, and they both love seeing their teenage daughter flourish in faith and life.
Nigel has a deep passion to see as many as possible grow in a deeply devoted faith in Jesus Christ and then to share with others how their lives are transformed (as seen in Colossians 4:5-6).
He enjoys playing and worshipping with various musical instruments, enjoying God’s creation through walking, gardening, landscape photography and motorsport, and spending time with family and friends. At times, he may have been heard cheering on the Parramatta Eels.
Nigel is an Accredited Baptist Minister with a Bachelor of Ministry and a Graduate Diploma of Divinity from Morling Bible College.
Lee Arundel, Elder
Lee is passionate about seeing God’s people become prayerful and passionate in their discipleship. He has been a full time teacher librarian in a local school in Blacktown for over 20 years, which comes with a passion for good stories.
He has recently become an author of his very own children’s book! Lee is married to Michelle and they have two adult children.
Michelle organises the women’s ministry and enjoys coordinating our events that involve catering alongside Lee.
